• Curry
• Maggi cubes
• Salt
• Thyme
• Onions
• Seasoning
• Vegetable oil
HOW TO PREPARE FRIED CHICKEN
• Put chicken in a bowl of warm water and wash with salt to kill germs
• Put already washed chicken in a pot
• Put thyme
• Add curry
• Open two Maggi cubes and break inside
• Slice onions in bit
• Sprinkle little salt to savour
• Use spoon to turn everything in the pot so that all the ingredients enter the chicken
• Add water, a little above the chicken level
• Then, allow to simmer
• Once the chicken is a bit cooked, not too soft, bring it down and remove the chicken water. We would use the water later in the cooking
• Put your frying pan on the fire and add enough vegetable oil
• Slice some more onions
• Dip chicken inside pan and fry

INGREDIENTS NEEDED TO PREPARE FRIED RICE
• Rice - Main ingredient
• Carrot
• Green beans
• Green pepper
• Sweet corn
• Liver
• White onions
• Maggi
• Curry
• Thyme
• Spices
• Vegetable oil and of course
• Already prepared chicken
METHODS OF PREPARATIONS
• Wash rice and put into a big pot
• Allow rice to simmer, then parboil
• Wash the parboiled rice again and drain water
• Cut carrot in bit and put in a bowl
• Pour green beans in a dish
• Slice green pepper
• Boil the liver and slice
• Put your pot on the fire and let the water dry
• Add vegetable oil and allow to hot a bit
• Add already cut onions
• Add green pepper
• Add green beans
• Add sliced liver
• Add sweet corn
• Add seasoning
• Fry all the ingredients and remove from pot and drain the oil with a perforated spoon
• Pour your already parboiled rice into the oil and turn with spatula
• Add Maggi and stir
• Add your chicken water into the rice
• Add the fried ingredients
• Cover the pot and allow to simmer
• Don't let the rice get to soft
• Cook till the water is completely dried
• Then, remove from fire
